One of the biggest requests from attendees in recent years was to keep collectors grouped together throughout the hotel. We are excited to share that Tioga Downs is working closely with us to place attendees on the same floors whenever possible, making room hopping, visiting, and convention interaction easier and more enjoyable.
CONVENTION REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Full Access Member — $185
Member Full Access Registration includes admission to all general convention activities and provides full access to the GCICA 2026 National Convention experience. Registration includes: • Access to the Swap Meet beginning at 9:30 AM • Educational seminars and presentations • Access to member exhibits and displays • Access to convention activities and social events • Opportunity to participate in auctions, raffles, and club events • Full convention attendee credentials and badge Please note: Member Full Access Registration does not include Dealer Hour admission at 8:30 AM. Early Dealer Hour access is reserved exclusively for registered Dealer badge holders. Swap Meet Entry Times: • Dealer Registration: 8:30 AM • Full Access & Limited Access Convention Registration: 9:30 AM • Swap Meet Only Admission: 10:30 AM
Dealer Registration includes full convention access plus early access to the Swap Meet Dealer Hour beginning at 8:30 AM. Dealer Registration is valid for ONE individual only. Each person entering the dealer area during Dealer Hour must purchase their own Dealer Registration badge. Purchasing swap meet tables does not provide admission or dealer access for additional individuals. Swap meet tables are reserved separately during registration and are available for an additional fee of $15 per table. Dealer access is intended for active participants displaying merchandise during the swap meet. Dealer Hour is provided to allow setup, networking, and preparation prior to public opening. No buying, selling, or completed transactions are permitted before the official opening bell at 9:30 AM. Swap Meet Entry Times: • Dealer Registration: 8:30 AM • General Member Full Access & Limited Access Registration: 9:30 AM • Swap Meet Only Registration: 10:30 AM

Swap Meet Only Admission is designed for members of the public who wish to attend the GCICA National Convention Swap Meet without registering for the full convention.
