More than a collection of pans
The national convention brings cookware history and the collector community together in person. Whether this is your first GCICA event or a familiar annual tradition, come ready to learn, compare discoveries, and meet people who understand the appeal of a great piece of cast iron.
- Browse, buy, sell, and trade. Explore cookware and connect with collectors through convention sales and trading and the swap meet.
- Learn and look closer. Enjoy educational sessions and exhibits that bring cookware history into focus.
- Share the experience. Meet fellow enthusiasts, attend the auction, and enjoy the banquet as part of the Full Access experience.
Activity access depends on your registration choice. Refer to the official event details for current arrangements and registration terms.
First convention? You are welcome here.
You do not need to be an expert or have a large collection. The convention is a chance to put faces to familiar names, ask questions, see cookware in person, and get to know the GCICA community.
- Choose your access. Decide whether you want the Full Access experience, Dealer Full Access, or a more limited visit.
- Check your 2027 membership. For Full Access or Limited Access, sign in and pay your 2027 GCICA dues before registering. Already renewed? Go straight to convention registration.
- Register each adult. Use Add guest for a spouse or additional adult; choose Regular or Dealer access separately for each Full Access adult.
- Arrange your hotel. Call the resort for the GCICA room block using the details below.

Just visiting the swap meet? Anyone covered by an active 2027 GCICA membership, including eligible Family Membership household members, may attend the final hour beginning at 10:30 AM at no additional charge. Nonmembers can choose the $30 Swap Meet Only option, which pays 2027 GCICA membership dues and includes that same final-hour access. It does not include other convention activities. Current 2027 members should not purchase this option or pay dues again.
Bring the family
Children under 18 attend free with a registered parent or guardian. Optional child meal packages cost $100 per child. List each attending child's name, age, and meal choice once on the primary registration; leave the field blank if no children are attending. Do not add children as paid adult guests. Spouses and other adults need their own convention registration.
