There are a number of hotel options available in Olean, NY, approximately 14 miles from the farm:

Ethan did do a block of rooms at Holiday Inn in Bradford PA, a much more affordable option. Here is the block information for the north east chapter meet! Make sure you adjust the number of nights that you plan on staying. Reservations can also be made by calling 814-362-7090. Callers should immediately reference booking into a group block. Hotel is in Bradford Pennsylvania, which is a nice little town. I will post a few things in the area/town as well.
Block name is “Griswold northeast chapter” and rooms will be held until 7 am August 24th.
If you enjoy camping and have a camper there is a nice campground close by.

Also I do not mind as I have lots of space if people want to bring a tent just reach out to me if you are going to do so.

It is recommended to make your reservation early as the Chapter Meet is believed to coincide with Parents Weekend for St Bonaventure University.
Friday: Come early, meet at the farm anytime during the afternoon to socialize. Dinner of smoked brisket, pulled pork and sides will be ready at about 6 followed by dessert and a bonfire.
Saturday: Event will be back at the farm beginning at 9 am with coffee, juice and pastries. Show and tell, business meeting and skillet toss will follow. A chicken BBQ will be served for lunch followed by the Swap meet.
FYI - If you are flying, both Buffalo, Rochester and Erie, PA airports are within 2 hr drive time of Olean and the farm. Also there are lots of tourist options, just ask us about our favorites.
Brad’s collection of 100 plus cast iron mailboxes will be on display in the new “mailbox house”!
